Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any related content (the “Service”) provided by AJ Technology Limited (“AJ Technology”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company with its registered office at Unit 844 Birchwood Boulevard, Warrington, United Kingdom, WA3 7QZ. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Professional services and payment

Scope: Technology consulting, project delivery, managed services, and related offerings are provided only under a separate written agreement—such as a statement of work, order form, or master services agreement—which defines scope, fees, timelines, responsibilities, and service levels.

Fees: Unless otherwise agreed, recurring services are billed in advance for each billing period. Third-party licences, cloud consumption, or hardware costs are typically passed through or invoiced as agreed in writing. Late payment may result in suspension of Services in accordance with the applicable agreement.

2. Intellectual property

Materials, methodologies, tools, templates, and documentation created by AJ Technology and not expressly assigned in writing remain our intellectual property, subject to any licence granted in your agreement. Your pre-existing materials, marks, and data remain yours, and you warrant you have the rights needed for us to deliver the Services.

3. Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access, accurate information, designated points of contact, and reasonable cooperation—including access to environments, directories, monitoring tools, and approvals—needed for delivery and support. Delays or restrictions on your side may affect schedules and outcomes.

4. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s non-public information using no less than reasonable care. Confidentiality obligations survive termination as set out in the governing agreement.

5. Suspension and termination

Termination rights are governed by your services agreement. We may suspend or limit access where necessary to address security risk, abuse, or non-payment, subject to any notice requirements in the agreement.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and any general information published on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AJ Technology Limited disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific technical outcomes (such as uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms) where those outcomes depend on factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AJ Technology Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the Site. For claims relating solely to the Site and not covered by a separate agreement, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the amounts you paid AJ Technology for access to the Site-specific paid feature giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event (if any).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Last updated” indicator where used. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where prohibited by law.
